The 8♠3♠2♦ flop checked through to the 9♠ turn which saw Nelson check again to Read who moved all in for 955,000 and Nelson snapped it off.

Nelson turned top pair, top kicker, but Read had two live overcards. However, the Q♦ would roll off on the river, giving Read the winner to survive in miraculous fashion.
