Marcel Lerbs opened to 20,000 in middle position and was called by Michael Uguccioni on the button.

On the Q♥5♦4♠ flop, Lerbs moved all in for 165,000. Uguccioni immediately said "I think I probably have to call my friend". Lerbs shrugged, and Uguccioni asked for the count.

On being informed of the amount, Uguccioni said "You have kings, yes?", to which Lerbs again responded with a shurg. Uguccioni put in calling chips.

Armato Decimates Dowling

Chris Dowling raised from early position to 12,000, only to be faced with a three-bet by Roberto Armato in the big blind to 36,000. Dowling called.

On the J♥8♣4♣ flop, Armato slid out a bet of 25,000, only to be met with a raise by Dowling to 60,000. Armato called.

The turn rolled off the K♦, and both players checked their option.

The 8♥ river completed the board. Armato slid out a bet of 75,000, and Dowling moved all in for 260,000.

Armato went into the tank for quite some time, but eventually made the call. Dowling showed A♥10♠ for the ace-high bluff, while Armato had A♣K♥ for two pair, kings and eights.

Dowling was left with just 38,000, and was seen exiting the tournament area shortly after.

The 7♣ rolled off on the turn and Szymanski checked. Armato moved all in for 117,000, and Szymanski made the quick call to put Armato at risk.

Marco Regonaschi opened to 11,000 from middle position and was called by Zakaria Azzouzi in the hijack. Simone Demasi was in the cutoff, and he reached for chips and produced a three-bet to 44,000. Both of his opponents called.

The 7♥3♦4♥ flop and A♦ turn were checked through by all players.

The 2♥ river completed the board, and Regonaschi checked again. Azzouzi slid out a bet of 42,000, and received calls from both of his opponents.

Azzouzi mucked his hand, Demasi turned over A♣10♦ for a pair of aces, but Regonaschi had A♠J♠ for a pair of aces with the better kicker, sending him a chunky pot.

On the Q♣6♠J♥ flop, Azzouzi checked to Arduini, who moved all in for around 90,000. Tsikhanskaya, who had less than Arduini, moved her chips into the middle and Azzouzi folded.

Around 125,000 was already in the middle on a board of 2♦8♣J♦5♠ in a huge pot between Heni Mokni in the hijack and Marco Regonaschi in the big blind.

Regonaschi checked to Mokni, who moved all in for around 102,000 with the covering stack. After a significant period of thought, Regonaschi flicked in a calling chip.
