Lorenzo Arduini opened to 21,000 under the gun, and was faced with a three-bet to 65,000 from Francesco Gambino in the cutoff.
Antonio Puccianello was in the big blind and he cold four-bet jammed for 115,000. Arduini folded and Gambino made the quick call.
Antonio Puccianello: A♥Q♦
Francesco Gambino: 8♥8♦
Puccianello was behind in a race and was almost drawing dead after the K♦8♣3♣ flop gave Gambino middle set, and the 4♠ turn and Q♥ river confirmed his exit.
