Roberto Armato opened to 50,000 from the hijack and was called by Tomas Patka on the button.

On the K♣Q♠5♥ flop, Armato continued with a bet of 40,000 and Patka called.

Armato slowed down, and check-called a bet of 80,000 from his opponent on the 6♦ turn.

Armato checked once more on the J♦ river. Patka fired out a bet of 300,000 and, after some thought, Armato called. He was shown the bad news when Patka revealed 5♦5♣ for a set of fives, and Armato tapped the table and mucked his hand.

Marcin Puczylowski opened to 45,000 in early position and was called by Mohamed Mamouni in middle position and Carlo Catelani in the big blind.

On the J♦2♠6♣ flop, Catelani checked, Puczylowski put out a bet of 65,000, Mamouni called and Catelani folded.

On the 3♦ turn, Puczylowski fired out a bet of 200,000 and Mamouni quickly folded.

Around 500,000 was in the middle in a battle of the blinds between Paul Runcan and Marcin Puczylowski on a completed board of 10♦2♦2♥K♦6♦.

Runcan jammed the river from the small blind for 300,000, and Puczylowski went deep into the tank, burning through three time extensions, before making the call.

Runcan showed 10♠8♦ for a pair of tens, while Puczylowski showed J♦6♠ for a pair of sixes.
