On his very first hand of the day, Mourad Amokrane opened to 2,200 from the cutoff and faced Kostya Zaks, who defended from the big blind.
He continued for 2,000 on the 2♠10♦J♥ flop but Zaks check-raised to 4,000. Amokrane called, and called again after Zaks fired a second barrel of 9,000 on the 4♠ turn.
Zaks asked for 24,000 on the K♠ river. "It's my first hand," Amokrane said to his neighbors. He eventually made the call, but lost the pot to Zaks' flush with 6♠3♠.

Four-way on a flop of 3♣10♥K♣, everybody checked to Mathias Moutaoukil on the button who bet 3,000. Vladimir Heinich in middle position called, as well as the player to his left.
Moutaoukil bet 13,500 on the 5♦ turn, but only Heinich called this time to find the 9♠ river where Moutaoukil bet 53,500.
Heinich went deep into the tank, but after almost two minutes, he threw a chip in front of him to call. Moutaoukil immediately flipped over Q♦J♠ for a straight to almost double up.
