Maouad Bets Big

Level 3 : Blinds 200/400, 400 ante

Three-way on a flop of 22J, Kevin Maouad in the cutoff bet 1,000 but Mo Xu in the small blind check-raised to 5,000. Thierry Morel in middle position and Maouad called.

Maouad led out for 15,000 on the 5 turn. Mo Xu checked his cards several times but folded.

While Vincent Tringle-Thibault saw his kings cracked by Pascal Peraldi’s sevens to become the first elimination of the day, Yan Langelotti in the cutoff checked a board of 28A6K with roughly 30,000 in the pot.

Yevhen Pavlenko on the button bet 18,000 and Langelotti went deep into the tank.

He prepared some chips and eventually made the call with AQ, but couldn't do much against Pavlenko's nut flush with A9.

Lemee Makes his Opponents Fold

Level 2 : Blinds 200/300, 300 ante

Jullian Feriolo raised to 800 from under the gun and was called by Romain Lemee on the button and Didier Galliot in the big blind.

Feriolo continued for 1,300 on the 8310 flop and both Lemee and Galliot called.

The 6 turn was checked by Galliot. Feriolo checked as well but Lemee bet 2,100 to make Galliot and Feriolo fold.

Christophe Cazes opened from under the gun and Mohamed Benbekkar defended from the big blind.

The dealer fanned a flop of 647 and Cazes continued for 600. Benbekkar quickly check-called.

After Benbekkar checked the 3 turn, Cazes fired a second barrel to 1,300. Benbekkar's cards went into the muck.
