Thirty players have already advanced to Sunday's Day 2, and we'll be seeing who will join them in about 10 short (or long) hours. Yesterday, Brian Newman bagged a monstrous 438,500 to lead the way and set the bar rather high as far as chip counts go. He's not likely to be caught, but everyone in what's expected to be another big turnout will surely be trying.
Another 14 levels are on tap today, and things start at Level 1 (50/100) with each player beginning with 20,000 in his or her stack. Each level lasts 40 minutes, and breaks are 10 minutes every three levels. Players are permitted one reentry per starting day through the first nine levels.
