MSPT Pro Bohn's Bottom Pair is Good

Level 3 : 100/200, 0 ante

MSPT Pro Blake Bohn called a raise from the small blind and checked the {10-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}{2-Hearts} flop to his opponent. As his opponent was deciding how much to bet, Bohn reached for a 1000 chip and quickly called the 625 bet of his opponent.

Both players checked the turn, {j-Diamonds}, and the river, {8-Spades}.

"One pair," said Bohn.

"Negative," his opponent responded. Although it was later determined he thought Bohn was asking if he had one pair.

"I don't know what that means," Bohn replied turning over {5-}{2-} and showing bottom pair. His opponent mucked his hand.

Thompson Takes it Down

Level 3 : 100/200, 0 ante

Four players saw the {10-Spades}{3-Hearts}{7-Diamonds} flop and three of them checked before the last acting player made it 1,250 to go. Adam Thompson called and the two remaining players folded.

The turn was the {5-Clubs} and both players checked to the {8-Clubs} on the river. Thompson led out for 2,100 and his opponent smiled, checked his cards, and then mucked giving Thompson the pot.

Hodge Moved to Bohn's Table

Level 2 : 75/150, 0 ante

Mark Hodge and MSPT Pro Blake Bohn are now seated at the same table. They are one and two on the MSPT leaderboard, with Hodge sitting 540 points above Bohn.

Hodge just called a Bohn raise after he bet the river on a {3-Clubs}{5-Hearts}{10-Clubs}{6-Hearts}{2-Clubs} board. Bohn showed {4-}{4-} and Hodge won the hand with {10-Clubs}{6-Clubs} for a flush.

"When I got the seat change to this table, I thought it was fitting that you and I be at the same table," said Hodge as he stacked the chips from the pot.
