Lance Harris shoved all-in for 16,800 in middle position, another player also in middle position reshoved for 32,000. Action folded to Pavlin Karakikov on the button who shoved all-in for 40,000.

The flop came , giving Harris a gutshot straight draw but also giving Karakikov the lead with a set of queens.
The turn gave the player in middle position a set, but he was still behind Karakikov's higher set.
Tom Hammers yelled so that the whole room could hear, "Ten," hoping to give Harris the straight and a big chip jump.
But alas, the river was the sending both Harris and the other player in middle position to the rail.
On a board reading Lance Harris is up against in an opponent in later position. But before Harris can act his opponent says, " would be good here I think," referring to a previous hand in which Harris doubled up his opponent holding on a board when his opponent had flopped two pair.
Harris replied, "That's optimistic," as he placed his bet of 2,300.
His opponent quickly shoved all-in and after Harris asked for a count and heard the 27,000 total, he went into the tank.
His opponent said, "I've got the best hand right now, but you might get there."
Harris thought for another minute before he decided to fold.
Previous MSPT Champion Dan Hendrickson is making great headway so far this flight. He is currently sitting around 110,000 and one of the largest stacks in the room. Lawrence Barbetta is not far behind.
Jonathan Olson, Allen Kessler, Joshua Reichard, and Sherry Hammers have all been eliminated but have the option of playing again tomorrow in flight 1b, which will start at 4 p.m. Central time.
Rex Clinkscales raised to 2,000, and the player directly to his left shoved all-in for 8,250. Clinkscales threw in a chip to signal the call but did not look excited to make it.

Dave Carey opened to 1,500 in the cutoff, Dan Hamm shoved all-in for 13,200 on the button. A player in the big blind also shoved all-in for 30,000. With action back on Carey, he snap called.

Carey maintained the lead when the flop came .
But the on the turned gave Hamm the lead with his set of queens.
The river did not improve Carey's hand, and Hamm was awarded a full triple up.
