Meier's Double-Barrel Does It

Level 4 : 200/300, 300 ante

Dylan Meier bet 1,400 when checked to in a multi-way pot on a {5-Hearts}{4-Spades}{8-Spades} flop. Players in middle position and the hijack called him, bringing a {k-Hearts} turn. They checked to Meier again and he bet 2,200. That elicited two quick folds and he double-checked his cards and mucked.

"Does looking back mean you had it?" someone asked.

Ajayi Tries a Small Bluff

Level 4 : 200/300, 300 ante

Three players saw a {q-Clubs}{4-Hearts}{8-Diamonds} flop and the first two checked to Ryan Remington, who bet 5,500 from the hijack. Only Adedapo Ajayi, under the gun, called. Both players checked the {5-Diamonds}, bringing a {6-Spades}. Ajayi bet 4,000 and Remington flicked in a chip right away.

Ajayi shook his head and showed the {4-Spades}, and Remington responded with {k-Diamonds}{k-Clubs}.

Ajayi Takes a Seat

Level 3 : 100/200, 200 ante
Dapo Ajayi
Dapo Ajayi

One player who just sat at a freshly opened table earlier this level: Adedapo Ajayi.

A local from Colorado, Ajayi has been on an incredible run in 2019. It started with a second-place finish at WSOPC Choctaw Main Event for just under $200,000 in January. Then, Ajayi made a deep run in the 2019 WSOP Main Event for another $211,945 after he busted in 39th. Finally, Ajayi is coming off of second place at WPT Montreal for $254,966.

An MSPT title here in his home state would be the icing on the cake for Ajayi in 2019.

Wheeler Pays Levin

Level 3 : 100/200, 200 ante

Josh Levin raised to 500 under the gun and got four callers before the big blind made it 2,500. Levin called, and everyone else stuck around for the {k-Clubs}{7-Diamonds}{7-Hearts} flop. Action checked to the button, where Terry Wheeler bet 3,000. Only Levin called and they both checked the {2-Hearts} for an {a-Diamonds} river. Levin bet 6,000 and Wheeler called about 30 seconds later.

Levin showed {a-Clubs}{k-Spades} for top two.
