Double Boxcars for the Double Stack

Level 34 : 150,000/300,000, 300,000 ante

Bobby Noel raised the button to 600,000 and then called when Elliott Hebden three-bet jammed for 4.6 million from the small blind.

Bobby Noel: {k-Hearts}{q-Hearts}
Elliott Hebden: {6-Hearts}{6-Spades}

It was a flip but not after the flop came down {10-Clubs}{6-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds} to give Hebden a boat. The running {j-Spades} turn and {6-Clubs} river saw Hebden improve to quad sixes to ship the double.

Isaac Kratchman Eliminated in 5th Place ($70,427)

Level 34 : 150,000/300,000, 300,000 ante
Isaac Kratchman
Isaac Kratchman

Isaac Kratchman moved all in for 3,400,000 from the small blind and Bobby Noel snap called in the big blind.

Bobby Noel: {a-Clubs}{j-Clubs}
Isaac Kratchman: {q-Hearts}{10-Clubs}

The {3-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds} flop didn't improve anyone. The {6-Diamonds} turn made the possibility of a chop very likely. But the {a-Spades} river locked it up for Noel. Kratchman finishes in 5th place for $70,427 after coming into Day 2 chip leading the final 210 players.

Noel Opens Up Lead with Strong Call

Level 34 : 150,000/300,000, 300,000 ante

Bobby Noel limped the small blind and then called after Elliott Hebden exercised his option with a raise to 750,000. Noel proceeded to check-call a bet of 600,000 before action went check-check on the {5-Spades} turn.

When the {a-Diamonds} completed the board on the river, Noel checked for the third time and Hebden bet a hefty 2.5 million.

Noel eyed his opponent suspiciously before spiking in a call. Hebden rapped the table and mucked after Noel tabled the {q-Spades}{k-Diamonds} for a pair of queens.

Noel was in rough shape and was in need of a three to avoid elimination. The window card was the three he was looking floor as the flop came {3-Diamonds}{6-Spades}{9-Spades}. Kracthman was unable to find one of the remaining jacks as the board ran out {a-Spades} and {7-Clubs}.

Keven Stammen moved all in from the small blind and Isaac Kratchman called off his last 3,670,000 in the big blind. The players turned their cards over and saw this would be a 7,500,000 chip coin flip.

Isaac Kratchman: {7-Clubs}{7-Diamonds}

Kratchman remained in the lead after the {3-Diamonds}{3-Clubs}{10-Spades} flop. The {q-Spades} turn changed nothing, ,and the {k-Spades} completed the board as Kratchman's sevens held up.

Hyung Cho Eliminated in 7th Place ($42,256); Justin Pease Eliminated in 6th Place ($53,212)

Hyung Cho & Justin Pease
Hyung Cho & Justin Pease

Hyung Cho moved all in for 1.205 million from early position and Keven Stammen called from the hijack. Justin Pease then three-bet all in over the top from the button for around 2 million and both blinds folded. Stammen called and all three hands were turned up.

Hyung Cho: {9-Hearts}{10-Hearts}
Keven Stammen: {a-Diamonds}{8-Spades}
Justin Pease: {a-Clubs}{k-Spades}

Cho noted he had two live cards and perked up when the {2-Hearts}{9-Clubs}{10-Spades} flop delivered him two pair. The {6-Hearts} turn gave him an added flush draw, while Pease was still ahead in the side pot against Stammen, who picked up a gutshot straight draw.

The dealer burned one last time and put out the {7-Diamonds}!

Stammen spiked his straight and score the rare double elimination at the final table.
