Worth Shows the Bluff

Level 14 : 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante
Max Worth
Max Worth

The under the gun player opened the action with a raise to 8,500. Max Worth was in the cutoff and called.

The flop came {10-Hearts}{9-Spades}{3-Clubs} and the preflop aggressor continued for 9,000, which was called by Worth.

The player first to act wasn't slowing down and he fired 17,500 on the {6-Spades} turn card. Worth thought for a moment before he announced all in. His opponent decided to save his remaining 65,000 and folded the {10-Spades} face up. Worth showed him {8-Hearts}{8-Diamonds} as he collected the pot.

Three-Time MSPT Champ Takes It on the River

Level 14 : 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante
Matt Kirby
Matt Kirby

A player in early position raised to 7,000 and action folded to three-time MSPT champ Matt Kirby, who opted to defend his big blind.

Both players proceeded to check the {a-Clubs}{8-Spades}{9-Hearts} flop and then Kirby check-called a bet of 8,000 on the {j-Diamonds} turn.

When the {q-Clubs} completed the board on the river, Kirby led out for 22,000 and his opponent wasted little time in folding.

Runaway Chip Leader Kratchman Claims Another Victim

Level 13 : 1,500/2,500, 2,500 ante
Isaac Kratchman
Isaac Kratchman

A player in middle position limped in and so did the button. Isaac Kratchman checked his option in the big blind and they went three ways to a flop.

The flop came {j-Diamonds}{2-Clubs}{7-Clubs} and the action was checked to the button who fired 7,500. Kratchman check-rasied to 20,000. The player next to act folded and the button moved all in for 70,000. Kratchman snap called and showed his opponent the bad news.

Isaac Kratchman: {j-Hearts}{7-Diamonds}
Opponent: {a-Diamonds}{j-Clubs}

The {10-Hearts} turn and {5-Diamonds} river changed nothing and Kratchman added his opponents chips to his already massive stack that now sits over 550,000.

Reinhart Leaves Two-Time MSPT Champ with Crumbs

Level 13 : 1,500/2,500, 2,500 ante

Ben Reinhart moved all in for 14,000 from early position and action folded to two-time MSPT champ Greg Himmelbrand, who called from the big blind.

Greg Himmelbrand: {a-Spades}{5-Spades}
Ben Reinhart: {q-Spades}{10-Clubs}

Himmelbrand was out in front and improved to top pair on the {6-Spades}{a-Diamonds}{k-Diamonds} flop. However, the {j-Spades} turn was a gin card for Reinhart, who made Broadway. Still, Himmelbrand picked up a spade flush draw, though he missed it when the {j-Clubs} paired the board on the river.

Himmelbrand was left with just 8,000 after the hand.

Beitel Wins Flip to Stay Alive

Level 13 : 1,500/2,500, 2,500 ante
Josh Beitel
Josh Beitel

Josh Beitel was in early position and moved all in for his last 26,500, the player next to act called and the rest of the players got out of the way.

Josh Beitel: {6-Clubs}{6-Hearts}
Opponent: {a-Clubs}{k-Hearts}

It was a coin flip and Beitel remained in the lead after the {q-Hearts}{q-Clubs}{7-Spades} flop.

The turn was the {10-Spades} and Beitel had to dodge a few counterfeit outs heading to the river as he called for an "eight". The river was exactly what he asked for as the {8-Spades} fell to secure the double up for Beitel.
