Caleb Meyer had opened from early position and was three-bet by the cutoff before Greg Gius cold four-bet all in out of the small blind. The big blind also went all in, as did Meyer, sending the cutoff into the tank for about a minute before he folded, announcing he had folded two queens as the other three hands were tabled.
