Zipprich Goes Greenstein To Double

Patrick Suzuki opened the action with a raise to 7,000 in early position and action folded around to the player on the button who asked to see Suzuki's stack before throwing in chips to call. Stephen Zipprich was next to act in the small blind and announced he was all in for what totaled to be exactly 50,000.

Suzuki quickly folded and the player on the button thought for close to a minute before making the call for nearly all of his chips and the two were off to the races.

Zipprich wasn't upset to see he was in a coin flip situation but neither the flop nor the turn were of any help to him, leaving him with just one chance left at staying alive in the tournament. Luckily for him, the river was exactly what he needed and he scored the double, bringing him over six figures in the process.
