On the final hand of the previous level, Jeff Moskowitz raised under the gun to 1,400 and received a call from a player in early position. Action folded around to Hector Guerra-Alvarez in the small blind and he three-bet all in for 9,500. Moskowitz folded and the early-position player thought for about 30 seconds with calling chips in hand before dropping said chips onto the felt.
