Day 1c of the $1,110 MSPT Cleveland Poker Open at JACK Cleveland Casino gets underway today at 12:00p.m. local time. This is the last of the starting flights and is anticipated to be the largest. The first two starting days have drawn in 382 entries and 53 players have already qualified for Day 2 on Sunday. Art Demmerley will be the chip leader on Sunday if no one today is able to bag more than his stack of 454,000.

Players will begin with a 25,000 starting stack, and Day 1c was scheduled to play through 15, 40-minute levels but will wrap up when the tournament clock hits 16:00 in level 14. At this point a card will be drawn and a specific number of hands will be played. All players are allowed one re-entry per flight, and late registration is available up through the beginning of Level 13.

The blinds begin at 100/100 with a 100 big blind ante. A 10-minute break will be given to the players after every three levels, with a 40-minute dinner break after level nine. The blinds and antes will reach 2000/4000/4000 at Level 14, which will conclude play for the day.

Today is the last chance players have to earn their seat into Day 2 and compete for the MSPT trophy as well as a six-figure first prize. The survivors of the three starting flights will come back as a combined field for Day 2 Sunday at 11:00a.m., and the tournament will play down to a champion.
