Copeland Flops the Goods

There was four-way action after a flop and action was checked to Jeffrey Copeland who fired out 4,000 from middle position.

Only the button called and the two went heads-up to the turn.

Copeland led out for 11,500, sending his opponent deep into the tank.

After some careful thought, the button mucked their hand and Copeland showed for the nuts as he raked in the pot.

Action folded back around to Jordison who announced she was all in. Having both players covered, Jordison watched as both her opponent's mucked their hands and she collected the pot.

Since its inception in 2009, the MSPT has done a great job keeping track of player stats. As a result, 13 years on they have one of the best player databases in the industry.

On their "Leaderboards" page, the MSPT tracks such things as Career Earnings, Main Event Cashes, Main Event Final Tables, Main Event Titles, Total Cashes, Most Cashes/Final Tables in a Season, Most Final Tables All-Time, and much more.

Eric Atchison Flushes Bartelme for Double

There was heads-up action between two-time MSPT Grand Falls Regional Champ Eric Atchison from under the gun and Melissa Bartelme from middle position.

The board read and Atchison made a pot sized 5,000 bet.

Bartelme called and the completed the board on the river.

Atchison quickly moved all-in for 7,300 and Bartelme tossed out a call. Atchison rolled over for a turned flush and it was good as Bartelme tossed into the muck.

The MSPT Hall of Fame, established in 2017, is proud to recognize those individuals who have shown superior skill and achieved specific long-term accomplishments.

The criteria to earn a spot on the MSPT Hall of Fame is as follows:

Achieve a minimum of 25 MSPT Main Event Cashes and 1 MSPT Win OR 1 MSPT Player of the Year; or
Achieve a minimum of 10 MSPT Main Event Final Tables and 1 MSPT Win OR 1 MSPT Player of the Year

To see which players are close to achieving HOF status, refer to the comprehensive MSPT Stats page.

As of today, eight players are currently enshrined in the MSPT Hall of Fame.
