Kenneth Kee set a trap, limping under the gun but it didn't matter as the dealer already dealt a cooler. Mikita Badziakouski peeled in the next seat and he raised to 400,000, committing almost half of his stack. Peter Jetten looked down at in the hijack and he jammed for 2,205,000. Kee reshoved and Badziakouski called off for his 935,000 to allow a three-way showdown.
Kee had a chance to provide a double knockout but the gave both of his opponents flush draw. Kee needed to dodge club cards and he was able to do so on the turn and river.
Kee scooped the large pot to solidify his stack, vaulting to 7.1 million. Mikita Badziakouski entered the hand with a shorter stack than Jetten so he took the HK$4,620,000 fifth-place prize while Jetten walked away with a HK$6,300,000 payout.

Richard Yong limped in with and Kenneth Kee limped in with . Ivan Leow moved in with for 580,000. Yong folded but Kee called after giving it some thought and it was off to the races.
The flop was which gave a sweat to both players with straight draws for each. The turn was the and that put Leow in the lead with a pair of kinds, but Kee picked up both flush and straight draws. The river was the and that gave Kee the straight, eliminating Leow from the tournament.
Kee took down the pot and moved to four million in chips while Leow will take home HK$3,540,000 for his sixth-place finish.

Mikita Badziakouski called under the gun, Cary Katz overlimped with in the hijack before Richard Yong raised to 235,000 out of the cutoff with . Only Katz called and they both hit the middle pair on . The action was checked and Katz spiked a big draw on the turn. He fired 300,000 and Yong called.
The bricked Katz' outs and both players tapped the felt. Yong showed a better kicker to his two pair and took over the chip lead.

"Ay ay, count please," Badziakouski said with a sad tone in his voice.

Badziakouski hit a good flop of but Kee could still get back ahead should he hit a king or a ten. The turn didn't help him but the river came to Kee's rescue and he scored a big double up, vaulting to 3.7 million in chips.

They continued three-way to the flop where Katz hit the nuts with . He checked to Leow who bet 275,000 with . Jetten released his hand and Katz countered, raising all in. Leow tanked for 90 seconds but eventually found a way to escape, folding.
