The flop showed {10-Diamonds}{9-Spades}{8-Spades} and there was 597,000 in the pot. Michael Soyza moved all in with {k-Spades}{q-Spades} for 188,000 and Robert Flink jammed over the top with his {j-Hearts}{j-Diamonds} for 638,000. Paul Phua shoved his stack in with {q-Hearts}{q-Clubs}, covering both, and the three turned over their hands.

A fortuitous card landed on the turn for Flink as a {7-Hearts} hit the felt, giving him a straight and the lead. The river came down a {7-Clubs} and Flink retained the lead, scooping in the massive chip lead pot. Soyza lost his last bullet the very next hand and headed to the late registration desk.

Greenwood Moves in on Kuznetsov

The turned board showed {q-Spades}{10-Diamonds}{7-Clubs}{8-Hearts} and there was around 85,000 in the pot. Luc Greenwood checked to Timofey Kuznetsov who bet 18,000 and Greenwood quickly raised to 55,000.

A {6-Diamonds} completed the board and Greenwood moved all in for more than his opponent had behind, putting Kuznetsov to the test for his remaining 135,000. Kuznetsov took a moment to think but in the end, he threw his cards into the muck, sending the pot to Greenwood.

Xuan Continues to Climb Late in the Day

Rakhimov was the only person to call and the dealer fanned out {k-Clubs}{j-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds}. Rakhimov checked to Xuan who bet 53,000 and Rakhimov check-called.

The {a-Spades} peeled off on the turn, Rakhimov checked again and Xuan this time checked behind to the {k-Hearts} river card. Rakhimov checked and Xuan fired in 75,000 with his two pair. Rakhimov thought for several moments before he elected to fold, sending the pot to Xuan.

Triton £100,000 Main Event winner Wai Kin Yong held {a-Spades}{q-Hearts} and eliminated Koon after hitting runner-runner straight.

Koon has since reentered and joined back in with the action.
