Shilin Doubles Through Huang
Level 5
: Blinds 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante
Wei Huang opened to 6,000 for Evgenii Shilin and Meng Wu to call on the button and big blind respectively. The 10♦5♥4♣ flop was checked to Shilin who bet 11,000 and earned a call from Huang. On the 6♣ turn, the same action repeated for 25,000.
The last chips then only went in after the 8♥ river on which Shilin jammed for 56,000 and Huang check-called with the A♥4♥ for a pair of fours. Shilin had the superior pair in A♣10♣ and doubled.
