Tilted Lonis Leads the Way
Level 9
: Blinds 4,000/8,000, 8,000 ante
Jesse Lonis had been towering on a seven-figure stack and then took on Sergei Kharchenko as well as Hao-Ting Chao in the blinds as the button raiser. He continued for 27,000 on the Q♦7♦3♠ flop and Chao was the only one to check-call, leading them to the 6♣ turn. Lonis made it 62,000 to go and won the pot.
"I am tilted. These guys are playing so crazy, they got me ... I am tilted," Lonis exclaimed. One walk around the tournament section brought us back to Lonis, who had used the couple of minutes to inflict more damage.
"Right after I said it, I picked up queens and someone else was also tilted," Lonis concluded.
