67 players are currently playing the tournament, with an average stack of 41,400. 100 players entered and a total of 11 re entries were made, for 111 entries total.
The following 11 players have used their option to re enter within the first four levels of play. Amongst them Luke "IWEARGOGGLES" Staudenmaier, a former high stakes MTT player with over $5 million in online cashes. He now works for PokerStars though, and he played this £400 Main Event twice already.
The Isle of Man leg of the UKIPT is special for many reasons, one of which being the fact PokerStars and Full Tilt employees are allowed to play in the Main Event. Two such employees just clashed at Table 5, namely Baard Dahl and Ankit Ahuja.
Dahl opened to 1,800 from the cutoff and Ahuja defended his big blind with a call, before check-calling a 2,200 bet on the ![]()

flop. Ahuja checked again when the dealer put the
onto the board and then quickly ducked out of the way when Dahl bet 4,100.
Dahl works in the PokerStars Poker Room Management team but when he's not working he's an avid poker and chess player and won the combined chess and poker tournament here at the UKIPT Isle of Man festival in 2014.

Ted Spivak was first to act from his seat in the hijack and he made it 1,700 to play, a bet that only David Lappin called from the big blind. Lappin went on to check-call a 1,600 bet on the ![]()

turn, Spivak bet 3,100 and won the pot.
According to Dara O'Kearney's Twitter feed, Lappin has since eliminated Miss Finland, Sara Chafak, and is now claiming that in doing so has himself become the new Miss Finland!

"Three ball" Spivack said with a hopeful voice.
The river

Adrian Filiczkowski is the top dog and the man to beat at the moment, with a stack of well over 200,000. He doesn't have his stack in twenties so it's kind of hard to estimate, but we'll go with a count of around 230,000.
One of our colleagues told us about a hand he played against Marc Hunter. With the pot already containing around 35,000 in chips and the board displaying ![]()
