Chun Close to Bust, Then Recovers
Level 23
: Blinds 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante
Oscar Tompsett moved all in for 200,000 and was called by Jun Beum Chun, who had just slightly more chips. Players turned their cards.
Oscar Tompsett: Q♥Q♠
Jun Beum Chun: 4♠4♣
The board ran out 9♠9♥K♦5♦3♠. Tompsett held with his pocket queens to win the pot. Chun was left with with just one big blind behind.
Since then, Chun has doubled up and then got a shove through. He then doubled up once again to bring his chip stack back to around 260,000.
