From middle position, Jonas Klausen raised to 1,300. Tomas Kozlovas was seated on the button and three-bet to 4,000. Both blinds folded and Klausen four-bet to 8,400. Kozlovas called.
The flop came 
and Klausen continued for 7,300. Kozlovas made the call and both players checked the

As we arrived, [Removed:402] was already getting up from the table, sad face and hanging shoulder and all. Thomas Halmer, who was getting pushed the pot, told us what had happened.
Rinkevicius had raised and Halmer had called in position. The big blind had called as well and the flop came 
and all three of them checked. The fell on the turn and Rinkevicius made a delayed continuation bet. Halmer called, the big blind folded.
The
