Fokke Beukers doubled in one of the last hands before the break. He told us what had happened.
The player under the gun opened and Beukers called on the button holding . The big blind came along as well and the flop came . The big blind checked, followed by a continuation bet from the initial raiser. Beukers called, and so did the big blind.
A fell on the turn and the big blind checked. The under the gun player bet 7,000 and Beukers raised to 18,000. The big blind folded and an all in by the under the gun player followed. Beukers called with the nuts and was shown for a lower straight.
As we arrived on table 2, there was already some banter going on with Hormiz Kamil smiling and chatting. The flop was and Kamil had just check raised all in against a bet of Zoltan Boszormenyi.
"I know you're gonna call" he said at one point. "Ok, I call" said Boszormenyi.

"I have straight! Thank you very much!" Kamil said while he doubled his 21,500 stack.
On a flop of we saw big blind Jonas Gustafsson check. His neighbor, under the gun player Johan Guilbert, checked as well and action was on hijack Michal Danka. Danka made a bet of 3,600 and Gustafsson folded right away. Guilbert made the call however.
The on the turn was checked by both. The completed the board and Guilbert checked. Danka bet 7,300 and Guilbert went into the tank. Deep. Very deep. About 5 minutes or so passed before he tossed in a single 5,000 chip to call.

We arrived with the flop already out on table 7: . Florin Gordan had checked from the blinds and Erik Nordahl had bet 15,000. Nedjo Bibezic shoved all in for 28,500 and Gordan instantly shoved all in over the top.
Nordahl instantly said "Wow!", and folded his after just under 10 seconds. Bibezic showed for the flopped nuts, Gordan tabled .
The turn and river were both blanks and Bibezic more than doubled up.
Laurens De Smet was down to just 10 big blinds when he found and reshoved on Tsvetelina Pavlova. She called with suited but couldn't hit a four to bust her neighbor.
Not much later, a shorty with just 6 big blinds moved all in. De Smet, still short himself, looked him up with and was shown . The fours held up and De Smet eliminated his opponent to get to above starting stack.
Toni Ojala made it 2,500 from the cutoff and his neighbor Jan Blahynka pushed all in for 16,800 from the button. Both blinds folded and Ojala asked for a count before he called.

The board ran out and Blahynka doubled up with his flopped pair of queens.
Laurens De Smet doubled through Tsvetelina Pavlova not too long ago, and now the situation was the other way around.
Pavlova raised under the gun and De Smet three-bet. Action got back to Pavlova and she pushed all in for 20 big blinds. De Smet called with and Pavlova tabled . The board ran out all blanks and De Smet doubled Pavlova.
