Mullin Busts Kneepkens

Level 8 : 600/1,200, 200 ante

Emmett Mullin raised the cutoff and Benny Kneepkens splashed his chips in for what appeared to be 27,000. Christopher Heidelbacher in the small blind tanked, but folded, and Mullin snap-called.

"Do you have ace-king?" Kneepkens asked and Mullin shook his head, turned over {A-Hearts}{A-Clubs}. Kneepkens had two outs with his {10-Hearts}{10-Diamonds} and didn't get there on a board of {J-Clubs}{6-Clubs}{6-Diamonds}{K-Hearts}{6-Hearts}.

Rorholt Runs Out of Chips

Level 8 : 600/1,200, 200 ante

The field has been reduced to the last 91 hopefuls and Camilla Rorholt is no longer among them. After sending Toni Ojala to the rail, she ran with queens into kings to lose a big portion of her stack and was just now all in for a mere 7,500 on the cutoff. All three players behind her called and Peter Cahill on the button bet the {A-Hearts}{K-Clubs}{6-Diamonds} flop for 7,500 to isolate.

Camilla Rorholt: {J-Hearts}{10-Clubs}
Peter Cahill: {A-Clubs}{9-Diamonds}

"Now I need a queen," the Norwegian said and saw the board complete with the {K-Diamonds} turn and {6-Hearts} river.

Feature Table Action

Level 8 : 600/1,200, 200 ante
Lisa “STPeach” Vannatta
Lisa “STPeach” Vannatta

Karol Wojciechowski ran with his last 28,600 and {A-Spades}{Q-Hearts} into the {A-Diamonds}{A-Clubs} of John Byrne and found no help on a board of {K-Hearts}{8-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds}{6-Clubs}{Q-Diamonds}.

In real time, another two players already busted in Michael Conaty and Alexandru Cinca.

Conaty had a rough setup against none other than Lisa “STPeach” Vannatta and rivered a full house with {Q-Hearts}{10-Diamonds} only for Vannatta to show {K-Clubs}{Q-Spades} for the superior full house on a board of {Q-Clubs}{Q-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}{K-Hearts}{10-Spades}.

Soon after, Quentin Lecomte took out Alexandru Cinca when his {A-Clubs}{9-Clubs} faced {10-Diamonds}{10-Clubs} and the board came {K-Diamonds}{8-Clubs}{3-Clubs}{8-Hearts}{2-Clubs} to give Lecomte a winning flush.

Uhlen Jorstad No More

Level 9 : 800/1,600, 200 ante

Espen Uhlen Jorstad lost a decent portion of his stack in a hand against Joseph Ellis when his {A-Clubs}{7-Clubs} had flopped top pair only for Ellis to show the superior {A-Hearts}{Q-Spades} on a board of {A-Diamonds}{J-Diamonds}{9-Clubs}{Q-Hearts}{5-Diamonds}. Uhlen Jorstad had checked the river and Ellis checked behind to claim the pot.

Back down to starting stack, the Norwegian lasted another few minutes before joining the rail.

Team Unibet is Chipping Up

Level 9 : 800/1,600, 200 ante
Ian Simpson
Ian Simpson

Over on the feature table, Quentin Lecomte, Lisa Vannatta and David Lappin are still going strong while Ian Simpson and Dara O'Kearney chipped up on the outer tables. O'Kearned won chips off John Keown, who then got them all back, while Simpson knocked out Mihai Manole.

Manole had a miracle double against Barrie Pietersz with {K-Clubs}{J-Diamonds} versus {A-Hearts}{Q-Hearts} when he got it in on the {J-Hearts}{6-Hearts}{5-Hearts} flop. The {6-Spades} turn and {6-Clubs} river gave the Romanian a full house. Shortly after, he lost a flip with ace-king to the sixes of Simpson.

Walshe Runs Into a Better Pair

Level 9 : 800/1,600, 200 ante
Barry McMahon
Barry McMahon

Kevin Walshe raised and faced the three-bet of Barry McMahon from one seat over. Walshe jammed for around 35,000 and McMahon quickly called, tabling the {J-Diamonds}{j-Spades}. Walshe only had the {9-Spades}{9-Diamonds} and the board came {Q-Diamonds}{7-Spades}{2-Spades}{Q-Clubs}{5-Diamonds} to provide no help.

Zeik Tuit and Thomas Svendgaard also ran out of chips, soon followed by Ville Hakala on the feature table. Hakala got it in with {K-Spades}{Q-Clubs} against the {A-Spades}{A-Clubs} of Richard O'Neill and the Irishman hit top set on the {A-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds}{Q-Spades}{5-Clubs} board.
