Lucky Chop and a Double for Oberting

Level 9 : Blinds 600/1,200, 1,200 ante

David Oberting was all-in for the last 11,000 and Alexis Longhe flat-called from one seat over. The table chip leader Dylan Kirstein then pushed all-in and Longhe folded. Once the cards were turned over, Longhe sighed as he briefly exposed ace-king too.

David Oberting: {a-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}
Dylan Kirstein: {a-Spades}{k-Clubs}

The board ran out {j-Clubs}{5-Hearts}{4-Clubs}{4-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds} and they chopped it up for Oberting to increase his short stack.

Soon after, Oberting was all-in for 17,100 and three-bettor Tal Sardal reluctantly called.

David Oberting: {a-Clubs}{k-Clubs}
Tal Sardal: {q-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}

Thanks to a board of {j-Clubs}{8-Hearts}{6-Clubs}{3-Clubs}{10-Spades}, Oberting improved to the unbeatable nut flush to score a double.

Justin Herboldt: {k-Clubs}{k-Diamonds}
Robin Valting: {10-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}

The run-bad of Herboldt on the table continued with the {10-Hearts} struck on the river, as it improved Valting to a full house. "Wow, you ran really bad here," Julius Tiihonen concluded before the table broke right after.

Enselme Near the Top of the Leaderboard

Level 9 : Blinds 600/1,200, 1,200 ante
Arnaud Enselme

Several former big stacks were spotted in the list of recent casualties and among them was also Kevin Frame. A quick look at his former table revealed a far bigger stack for Unibet ambassador Arnaud Enselme, who leaped above 200k in chips.

According to the Frenchman, he opened to 2,500 in the cutoff and the button called. Frame three-bet to 12,500 and then called a shove by Enselme with ace-king for around 60,000. It was a flip versus pocket tens and another ten in the window secured the knockout.

Another Setback for Herboldt

Level 9 : Blinds 600/1,200, 1,200 ante

On the tail end of a pot between Hasmukh Khodiyara and Justin Herboldt, the former checked the {k-Diamonds}{6-Hearts}{5-Spades}{k-Spades}{10-Spades} river. Herboldt tossed in a single T-5,000 chip for a bet and received a quick call.

The {8-Diamonds}{7-Spades} of Herboldt had missed a straight draw and Khodiyara won the pot with the {k-Clubs}{q-Hearts} for trips kings. That reduced the stack of Herboldt to just over ten blinds and he dropped into the danger zone.

Adriaans Chips Back Up Through Frame

Level 9 : Blinds 600/1,200, 1,200 ante

Kevin Frame made it 2,500 to go and Egi Adriaans three-bet to 7,200 out of the blinds for Frame to call. As they headed to the {k-Hearts}{q-Clubs}{10-Spades} flop, a near instant continuation bet worth 10,500 followed and Frame came along.

The {q-Spades} turn paired the board and Adriaans wasted little time before grabbing into his stack. He changed his mind about the exact bet sizing and then pushed forward a second barrel worth 17,200.

Frame pondered about the decision for a couple of seconds and then elected to fold, pushing his cards towards the muck. "I show if you show," Adriaans asked but Frame just shook his head. "You can show if you want," the Scotsman replied and none of the cards were exposed.

Not the Right Odds for Wheatley

Level 9 : Blinds 600/1,200, 1,200 ante

On a heads-up flop of {q-Spades}{7-Spades}{2-Clubs}, Raymond Wheatley checked his option and then called a bet worth 2,200 by John Hunter. The {9-Diamonds} fell on the turn and Wheatley checked once more.

Hunter now bet 6,200 and that sent Wheatley into a brief tank. "You are not giving me the right odds," he admitted and then folded the {a-Clubs}{j-Clubs} face-up with an above-average stack at his disposal.

"I could have gotten in trouble there, you won't believe it," Hunter replied before raking in the pot with a smile on the face.

Level 8 : Blinds 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

In the last hand before the end of the level, Dutchman Justin Herboldt was put into the wringer by Julius Tiihonen. They created a pot of around 55,000 to the {q-Spades}{10-Clubs}{7-Hearts}{9-Spades}{10-Spades} on which Herboldt checked with just shy of the starting stack behind.
