Alexandre Le Vaillant opened to 600,000 from the button and Julien Vecchioli defended from the big blind.

The flop came 963 and Vecchioli shoved for 3,400,000. Le Vaillant thought about his decision for about a minute before making the call to put Vecchioli at risk.

Julien Vecchioli: J9
Alexandre Le Vaillant: 77

Vecchioli was in excellent shape to pull off the double up with top pair, but was suddenly drawing dead when Le Vaillant hit a set on the 7 turn. Vecchioli gave his opponent a hug as the inconsequential K river was dealt and made his exit in fourth place as Le Vaillant pulled in a sizable pot, taking the chip lead once again going into three-handed play.
