The final five are headed to a 15-minute break. Action resumes at 12:15 a.m. local time.
Hammer moved all in for 1,450,000 from the cutoff. Moneyhunter asked for a count from the small blind, before opting to call with A♣8♦. Big blind Maxime Parys then went into the tank.
"All in, all in!" chanted Hammer while Parys was considering his decision. The floor gave him a warning, before giving him another seconds after for leaving his chair and attempting to speak with his rail. Eventually, Parys moved all in, and Moneyhunter folded.
Hammer: J♠J♥
Maxime Parys: K♦Q♠
Hammer retained his overpair on the 7♠10♣3♦2♠2♣ runout.
The floor then spoke to Hammer for an extended period of time. Following the controversial circumstances of Akbarpoor's elimination, as well as his actions during the current hand, he was given his final warning.
Abdullah Akbarpoor moved all in for his final 500,000 with A♥3♣ from the cutoff. Hammer called from the small blind, with Q♣7♠ and Redwan Ferman did the same from the big blind, holding 4♣2♦.
The two then seemingly agreed to check down the side pot, with Ferman checking both in the dark, and out the turn. He and Hammer then both began tapping the table rapidly, essentially checking in the dark to the river.
The board ran out A♦5♣9♥3♦10♠ and Hammer checked for a third time on the river, but Ferman only just stopped himself from doing so, as he realised he had made the nuts. He moved all in, and Hammer snap-folded. Akbarpoor's two pair was no good, and he was eliminated from the tournament.
Akbarpoor tabled two pair, but Ferman had turned the nuts for the knockout.
Benjamin Hammann made a comment indicating his disapproval of what he had just seen take place.
Redwan Ferman moved all in for 3,825,000 under the gun. Abdullah Akbarpoor rejammed for slightly more on the button, and the blinds folded.
Redwan Ferman: A♥J♥
Abdullah Akbarpoor: A♦Q♥
Ferman was in pretty rough shape, but he saw a miracle K♣J♦8♥ flop to take the lead. The 3♠ turn changed nothing, and the 9♦ river sealed the deal, leaving Akbarpoor incredibly short.
Maxime Parys opened to 600,000 with A♣J♥ from middle position, and Redwan Ferman defended his big blind with Q♦10♦.
The K♣3♣10♠ checked to Parys, who put in a continuation-bet of 450,000. Ferman threw in a check-raise to 1,300,000, and Parys thought for quite a while before deciding to stick in a call.
The 2♥ turn saw Ferman slow down and check his second pair, and Parys found a shove for 2,775,000 with his gutshot. Ferman wasted no time in folding the superior hand.

Moneyhunter opened to 500,000 from the cutoff with A♥5♠ and Benjamin Hammann defended his big blind with A♦7♥
The 6♠K♠7♣ flop saw Hammann check-call a bet of 425,000 from his opponent, bringing in the 5♦ on the turn.
Here, Hammann led out with a bet of 300,000, and Moneyhunter made the call. The 9♣ river put out a four-liner, and Hammann overbet shoved, covering the 4,300,000 of his opponent. After quite some time, Moneyhunter let his bottom pair go correctly.
Hammann showed his cards to the table.
Abdullah Akbarpoor moved all in for 3,075,000 on the button. Chip leader Benjamin Hammann rejammed, and big blind Hammer got out of the way.
Abdullah Akbarpoor: J♥8♥
Benjamin Hammann: K♥Q♣
Akbarpoor took an immediate lead on the A♥J♣7♠ flop, with Hammann needing a king, queen, or ten. The 6♠ turn helped him none, and neither did the 5♦ river, securing the Turk's survival
Mounim Kaddouri moved all in for 1,575,000 under the gun. Action folded round to Moneyhunter who swiftly shoved on the button. The blinds folded.
Mounim Kaddouri: A♥3♣
Moneyhunter: A♣K♣
Kaddouri's rail were shouting for all sorts of cards after the 10♥8♦9♥ flop was dealt, asking for any three, six, seven or heart. The 6♠ turn wasn't ideal but it did bring chop outs for Kaddouri.
Unfortunately for him, the 5♥ that fell on the river was no good, and his chips went straight to Moneyhunter.
