Lewis Wins Minimum Flush over Flush

Level 18 : Blinds 4,000/8,000, 8,000 ante

Action was picked up on the turn of a board reading 8♣2♥10♣2♣. Small blind Mohamed El Berrak checked, as did Mário Almeida in middle position. Romain Lewis bet out for 18,000 into around 80,000 on his left, and Pedro Olaio called all in for his final 1,000 on the button. El Berrak folded, but Almeida made the call.

The 2♠ river saw action very quickly go check-check. Almeida tabled 7♣6♣ for a flush, and Lewis showed A♣J♣ for the nut flush. Olaio couldn't produce a boat or better, with his A♦6♦ hitting the muck.

Truquens Goes Running Quads to Best Top Boat

Level 17 : Blinds 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante
Benoit Grobocopatel
Benoit Grobocopatel

It was recounted to PokerNews that Truquens open from early position to 12,000, before Benoit Grobocopatel slid in three-bet to 35,000 from the cutoff. Action folded back to Truquens, who slid in a call.

The Qx3x3x flop saw Truquens check it over to his opponent, who threw out a continuation-bet of 12,000. Truquens called, and the two saw a 5x on the turn.

Truquens checked it over for a second time, and Grobocopatel fired out yet another barrel of 35,000. Truquens, unfazed, check-raised to 105,000, and Grobocopatel made the call.

A 5x on the river saw Truquens move all in, and Grobocopatel snap-called. It was an absolutely insane cooler, as Truquens had backdoored quads with 5x5x and Grobocopatel's flopped boat with QxQx had to hit the muck.

Dany Makes Trips, Wins Massive Flip

Level 17 : Blinds 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante

Thierry Dany opened up the action with a raise to 20,000 from early position. Adrian Lipe, sat to his left, bumped it up to 50,000 and action folded back to Dany. He moved all in for 275,000, and Lipe thought for a good few moments before calling.

Thierry Dany: A♥K♥ All in
Adrian Lipe: Q♠Q♥

It was the classic, and Dany soared into the lead on the A♦9♠10♦ flop. Unnecessarily, he improved to three-of-a-kind on the A♣ turn, with the 4♠ river confirming his double.

Senchylo Folds Winning Boat

Yurii Senchylo opened the action with a raise to 12,000. Goulven Gauchet moved all in for 50,000 from middle position, before Jerome Zerbib moved all in from the button, covering all players left with cards. Senchylo folded 9♠9♦ face up.

Goulven Gauchet: A♦K♥ All in
Jerome Zerbib: A♣Q♦

Gauchet needed only to fade a queen, and did so on the 10♠10♥2♦8♥9♣ runout. Senchylo was visibily defeated after seeing he thathe would have rivered nines full.
