Hands #121-125: Bonomo Leads the Tight Race

Level 25 : 35,000/70,000, 70,000 ante

Hand #121: On the button, Justin Bonomo raised to 140,000 with {10-Spades}{9-Spades}. David Peters looked down at {Q-Hearts}{9-Hearts} in the big blind and moved all in for about 1.6 million. Bonomo folded.

Hand #122: Peters limped with {K-Spades}{5-Hearts} and Bonomo checked with {Q-Clubs}{3-Diamonds}. Peters bet 80,000 when the {6-Diamonds}{3-Hearts}{10-Spades} hit the flop and Bonomo stuck around with his bottom pair to let the dealer turn over the {9-Clubs} turn. Two quick checks followed and the {2-Spades} completed the board. Peters thought for a bit before checking and Bonomo instantly checked back, claiming the pot with a pair of threes.

Hand #123: Bonomo called with {Q-Hearts}{4-Clubs} and Boutros Nadim, who had {8-Hearts}{5-Diamonds} agreed to see the {8-Diamonds}{6-Hearts}{Q-Diamonds} flop. Bonomo checked to his opponent who fired 95,000. Bonomo called and then called another 200,000 on the {3-Clubs} turn. The {6-Diamonds} river was checked through and Bonomo took over the chip lead.

Hand #124: Peters received a walk.

Hand #125: Peters limped the {A-Diamonds}{10-Clubs} from the small blind and Bonomo checked his {4-Hearts}{2-Hearts}. The {7-Hearts}{Q-Spades}{6-Hearts} gave Bonomo a flush draw and Peters let him bet 105,000 before calling. The {A-Clubs} turn card connected with Peters but Bonomo slowed down and checked back that time. The {4-Clubs} was checked as well and Peters scooped the pot with his top pair.
