Lazaro Hernandez opened to 15,000 from the hijack, Justin Young called in the small blind and Joseph Cheong defended his big. The board fell {j-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds}{3-Hearts}, action checked to Cheong who moved all in for 57,000 and just Hernandez called.

Cheong tabled {9-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds} for a flush draw, Hernandez turned over {k-Clubs}{j-Spades} for top pair and the lead. The {2-Clubs} on the turn and {a-Spades} on the river changed nothing and Hernandez took down the pot, eliminating Cheong.

Mandavia Sets the Trap but Kornuth Doesn't Bite

Chance Kornuth opened in the hijack with a raise to 9,000. Action folded to the big blind and Ankush Mandavia called.

The flop was {10-Clubs}{8-Diamonds}{4-Hearts} and Mandavia checked to Kornuth who bet 9,000. Mandavia called.

Both players checked on the {J-Spades} turn and the {8-Clubs} came on the river. There, Mandavia checked again. Kornuth checked it behind and mucked when Mandavia showed his {9-Diamonds}{8-Spades} for two pair.

Davies Gets a Squeeze Through

Ralph Wong opened from under the gun with a raise to 9,000. Anthony Zinno called on the button and Laz Hernandez called in the small blind. Seth Davies gave it a couple moments of pause after looking at his hand then moved all in for 76,000 total. Wong asked for a count then eventually folded. Zinno thought for a few seconds then followed suit. Hernandez released quickly so Davies was able to get through his squeeze and take down the pot.

Petrangelo Bounces Back

Phil Hellmuth limped from under the gun, Nick Petrangelo moved all in from the button for 28,000 and Larry Wright pushed in over the top to 36,000. Hellmuth folded and the two remaining players turned over their hands.
