Bobby Oparaocha opened to 2,400 for two players to call including Alan Dang in the big blind. They checked to the J♦7♥5♠9♦ turn on which Dang check-called for 3,200. He checked the 8♥ river and Oparaocha made it 2,000 to go to force out Dang without showdown.
Idris Hassan opened to 1,800 and Leonardo Speciale three-bet to 5,200 off a short stack right behind. David White then clicked it up to 20,000 and Hassan folded, Speciale called all-in for 15,500.
Leonardo Speciale: A♥10♦
David White: J♦J♠
The Q♣9♦4♣7♣5♥ board kept pocket jacks ahead all the way for the knockout.
Idris Hassan checked the Q♠10♣7♣4♠ turn from the big blind, and Cooper Feltham moved all in for 46,000. After using most of his 30-second clock, Hassan stuck in the call.
Cooper Feltham: K♣9♣
Idris Hassan: K♠3♠
Both players revealed flush draws, and Feltham's came in on the 2♣ river to secure the double-up.
On a monotone flop of A♠6♠3♠, Mun Wong check-called for 3,700 against Yue Wang and then did so again for 5,000 on the 10♦ turn. Wong checked the 6♦ river as well before paying off another wager of just over 7,000 and he instantly mucked when Wang revealed the K♠7♠ for the flopped flush.
Troy Mclean had recently lost a pot and dropped to just over half the starting stack when he was in the big blind. Chad Awerbuch limp-jammed into him and the cards were flipped over.
Troy Mclean: A♦10♣
Chad Awerbuch: K♥J♥
The A♠K♣10♠Q♠6♣ board gave Mclean two pair but Awerbuch turned broadway.
Rahul Mayadunne opened to 1,600 in early position, and Najeem Ajez tossed in call from the big blind. Ajez then checked the 8♠J♥A♥ flop, and Mayadunne continued with a bet of 1,500.
Ajez reached down for raising chips, and Mayadunne flicked his cards into the muck without a raise being put forward. That allowed Ajez to collect the pot.
On a completed board of A♠9♥8♦4♦A♦ with around 23,000 in the middle, Luke Edwards bet 5,000. Dale Code went deep into the tank and used two time banks before he eventually shook his head and sent them into the muck.
In the meanwhile, Troy Mclean and Luke Martinelli have entered Day 1d which has already grown to nearly 150 entries.
Just before the blinds had gone up, Rahul Mayadunne min-raised and Tuan Tran then jammed out of the small blind for 16,100. The big blind was readying calling chips for the min-raise which Mayadunne instantly told him that there was a shove behind, and the fold followed whereas Mayadunne quickly called.
Tuan Tran: 8♠8♥
Rahul Mayadunne: 9♣9♦
The K♣10♦7♣9♠4♠ board sent Tran to the rail for the time being.
