Anderson Calls Calderaro's River Raise

Thomas Anderson opened to 600 from under the gun, James Calderaro called behind him, the player on the button called and so did both the blinds. The flop came , the blinds checked, Anderson bet 800, Calderaro and the button called. The blinds released, the turn came and Anderson bet 1,000.
