Anderson Calls Calderaro's River Raise

Level 3 : 100/200, 0 ante

Thomas Anderson opened to 600 from under the gun, James Calderaro called behind him, the player on the button called and so did both the blinds. The flop came {K-Clubs}{7-Diamonds}{2-Spades}, the blinds checked, Anderson bet 800, Calderaro and the button called. The blinds released, the turn came {5-Clubs} and Anderson bet 1,000. Calderaro called, the player on the button called and the river came {5-Spades}.

Anderson bet 1,000, Calderaro raised to 4,600, the button mucked and Anderson thought for a few moments. He called, Calderaro rolled over {7-Clubs}{6-Spades} and Anderson took the pot after tabling pocket tens.

Bond Binks

Level 5 : 150/300, 25 ante

We found Matt Bond deep in thought in the big blind, with an opponent in middle position having shoved in about 15,000 on a board of {3-Clubs}{j-Clubs}{10-Hearts}{6-Spades}. Bond tanked for a good three minutes at least, and then slammed in some chips to call. His opponent moved his hands away from where they were clasped in front of his mouth and turned over {10-Clubs}{10-Diamonds} for a set. Bond flinged in {a-Spades}{a-Hearts} but the dealer burned and brought forth the {a-Diamonds} for the river.

That caused the player in middle position to rock back in shock, and Bond collected the pot.
