Arjade Gregorio Shoves the Flop Into Five People

Level 16 : 2,000/4,000, 500 ante
Arjade Gregorio
Arjade Gregorio

Arjade Gregorio doubled up and then some when he went all in on a {10-Hearts}{7-Diamonds}{3-Spades} flop.

The action started when Francis Carriere limped under the gun and five players, including Gregorio and both players in the blinds, called.

The flop came {10-Hearts}{7-Diamonds}{3-Spades} and the blinds checked to Carriere, who made it 17,000. Felix Leclerc called behind and Gregorio shoved all in for 82,000. The action came back around to Carriere, he folded and Leclerc went into the tank.

Leclerc asked for a count then put together enough chips to call. He looked like he was about to push them forward to call, but hesitated. Thinking and re-thinking until the moment when he finally decided to call. He pushed the chips forward and Gregorio showed {3-Clubs}{3-Diamonds}a for a set of threes. Leclerc had {a-Diamonds}{10-Clubs} and need some help.

The help didn't come on the turn, {5-Hearts}, and it didn't come on the river, {9-Spades}. Gregorio won the pot and stacked 200,000.

Alain Boucher Shoves the Small Blind, Carrie Webster Eliminated

Level 15 : 1,500/3,000, 500 ante

Carrie Webster was smiling and making jokes as she put her last 3,500 chips into the pot to cover her big blind and ante.

One by one the players folded until Gururaj Sagar raised in the cutoff, making it 7,500. Alain Boucher was in the small blind and looked at the dealer.

"All in," he said moving both his hands forward.

Sagar took a moment, but eventually folded and left Webster heads up with Boucher. Boucher turned over {a-Clubs}{j-Clubs} and Webster hadn't looked yet.

He picked up her hand, shrugged when she saw it, and tabled {q-Spades}{j-Spades}.

"Spade," she called out.

The flop brought one spade when it came {10-Clubs}{5-Spades}{2-Diamonds}, but the turn was the {k-Clubs} and the river was the {3-Diamonds} and she couldn't catch up.
