There are currently 75 entries seated for Day 1b. Blinds kick off at 25/50 and players begin with a 12,000 chip stack.
The World Cup of Cards isunderway at the Playground Poker Club in Kahnawake, Quebec. The NL Quantum Day 1b starts at 7 p.m. local time. This is the second of ten starting flights, with buyins as low as CAD $170 up to CAD $2,200, which is a direct buy-in to Day 2.
Every player who makes Day 2 from any of the Quantum starting flights will receive CAD $400. Players can finish multiple starting flights and take their biggest stack forward. Each time a player makes Day 2 they will earn $400 CAD and $1,500 for each forfeited stack.
This is just the first event on the 28-event schedule. Players will be able to compete all month for their share of the CAD $2,000,000 guaranteed in prize money throughout the World Cup of Cards.
