Day 1e of the World Cup of Cards Event #1: NL Hold'em Quantum is complete. Thursday evening's flight attracted another 65 entries to Playground Poker Club in Kahnawake, QC. This was the fifth of ten starting flights for the $200,000 guaranteed event.
The unique event features multiple buy-in levels with a different percentage making Day 2 for each. Day 1e had an entry fee of $250 with 10% of the field moving on. There were seven spots up for grabs, each receiving a $400 bonus for qualifying.
Leo Hackenbroch closed the day in the chip lead after busting Willaim Blais on the bubble, scooping a massive pot. Blais moved all-in preflop for 75,900 and was called by Alain Boucher and Hackenbroch. The flop came
