Flush for Kaplan Against Cardyn

Level 3 : 150/300, 0 ante

After the player on the button opened with a raise to 750, Jaime Kaplan reraised from the small blind to 2,300. Nicolas Cardyn was in the big blind, and he reraised to 5,000 even. The player on the button folded, and Kaplan called to see the flop come down {A-Spades}{J-Spades}{9-Spades}.

On the flop, both Kaplan and Cardyn checked through to see the {10-Clubs} land on the turn. That's where Kaplan led with a bet of 7,100, and Cardyn made the call to see the {10-Spades} pair the board on the river — a card that also put four spades on board. Kaplan checked, and Cardyn checked behind.

Kaplan tabled the {K-Hearts}{Q-Spades} for a spade flush, and all Cardyn could do was shake his head and muck his hand.
