Negreanu Runs Into Aces
Level 23
: Blinds 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante
Daniel Negreanu open-jammed a stack of around 300,000 from middle position and got action from the bigger-stacked Fabian Bernhauser in the small blind.
Daniel Negreanu: A♦4♣
Fabian Bernhauser: A♣A♠
Negreanu started laughing when he saw he was against aces and was drawing to only a chop after the 8♦10♣J♠ flop and K♥ turn. "Queen!" Negreanu cheered.
A queen didn't come as the 5♣ bricked off to mark Negreanu's elimination.
