The World Series of Poker (WSOP) Paradise $5,300 Main Event kicked off on Saturday at Atlantis Paradise Island in the Bahamas, and officials took the opportunity to reveal to players what they’ll receive it they’re fortunate enough to finish as the last player standing.

In addition to a seven-figure payday, the winner will receive a new WSOP Paradise Main Event bracelet that is hand-crafted by Jostens and features an island spin on the classic WSOP Main Event bracelet. Custom made from 10-karat yellow gold, just like the summer’s trophy, the WSOP Paradise Main Event bracelet weighs nearly 95 grams and is hand-set with 494 genuine blue topaz round stones.

“The WSOP Main Event bracelet is considered the richest trophy in sports, and our first Main Event bracelet for WSOP Paradise puts a fun spin on the trophy’s legacy,” said WSOP Vice President Gregory Chochon. “This is the World Series of Poker, we’re global and need a proper World Championship trophy to represent the newest home we’ve added to the series. Jostens delivered on that vision once again, and we can’t wait to see who takes home the first-ever WSOP Paradise Main Event bracelet.”

Dzivielevski Goes Thin; Lee Snap-Calls

Level 14 : Blinds 4,000/8,000, 8,000 ante

Yuri Dzivielevski opened the button to 16,000 before the action was on Jin Hoon Lee in the big blind who defended.

The 7A9 flop landed and when checked to, Dzivielevski continued for 8,000. Lee called.

The Q turn hit the felt and the action slowed down and checked through to a 6 river. Lee checked once more and Dzivielevski sat in the tank for a moment before putting out a bet of 28,000.

Lee peeked at his cards and then put the chips right in. Dzivielevski tabled JJ and Lee tabled Q8 for a pair one pip better.

Dzivielevski Knocks Out Kim

Level 14 : Blinds 4,000/8,000, 8,000 ante

Namhyung Kim was all in from the button for his last 37,000 and Yuri Dzivielevski reshoved for roughy 150,000 from the small blind, forcing out the big blind to leave Kim all in and at risk.

Namhyung Kim: K9
Yuri Dzivielevski: AQ

Dzivielevski was very far ahead with top pair on the AJ4 flop. The J turn left Kim drawing dead and after the 3 hit on the river he was sent to the rail while Dzivielevski took down a decent pot.

Alexandra Botez moved all in from the button for her last 88,000. It was then on Pieter Aerts in the small blind who flat called and the action was on Luis Faria in the big blind who moved all in over the top.

Aerts thought for a moment but eventually got out of the way. Botez was heads up to a full board with her tournament life at risk.

Alexandra Botez: J9
Luis Faria: AQ

The complete board showed 7486J. Although she knew she had lost on the turn, her father, who is always supportive, cheered for the jack on the river. However, Botez had to explain to her dad that she was knocked out of the tournament. Nevertheless, it was a lovely moment spent with her father.
