WSOP officials announced the “WSOP Paradise Parlay” by GGPoker, which is a chance for players that cashed in the 2023 WSOP to parlay their summer success into additional cash during 2023 WSOP Paradise.

It’s very simple – if a player earns 10 cashes between the two series, they will receive $5,000; if they make three final tables, they’ll get $25,000; and if they capture two bracelets, well then a hefty $100,000 additional prize awaits!

Support for the WSOP’s new promotion was overwhelmingly positive.

Hongru Zhang got his last 3,500,000 into the middle and Maksim Vaskresenski was the one to put him at risk. The rest of the table was out of the way and the dealer was ready to go.

The board ran out 6♥J♣4♦2♠7♥ and the queens held to eliminate Zhang in tenth place for $35,000.

The final nine players will now move to the feature table to finish out the night.

Klezys Takes a Four-Way Pot

Kasparas Klezys opened to 1,200,000 in middle position and was called by Maksim Vaskresenski and Clemen Deng behind him as Roland Israelashvili came along from the big blind.

Israelashvili checked on the flop of Q♣5♦5♠ and Klezys continued for 1,200,000. Only Deng called. Klezys then sized up to 2,500,000 on the 3♠ turn and Deng laid it down.

Action was heads up with what looked like 8,000,000 in the pot and a full board of 3♥5♦6♦9♥Q♠ when Nazar Buhaiov checked. Clemen Deng bet 8,500,000 from the cutoff and Buhaiov went into the tank.

After a few moments of thought, Buhaiov called and tossed the losing hand in the muck when Deng turned over A♠Q♥ for the rivered pair of queens.

While the main focus of the WSOP Paradise series will be on chasing gold bracelets, there are plenty of activities and sights worth checking out in the Bahamas after busting out of a tournament.

All the poker action will take place at the Atlantis Paradise Island resort, with plenty of viable options to drink and dine. The hotel has plenty of fine dining and casual dining options, along with a buffet.
Hotel guests can even purchase an all-inclusive package for what is mostly unlimited drinks and grub throughout their stay.

Atlantis has a little something for everyone when it comes to food. There's a sushi bar, sports bar, ice cream shop, buffet, cafe, steakhouse, deli, snack bar, Starbucks, seafood restaurant, burger joint, and multiple other fine dining establishments. The numerous food choices make it convenient on dinner breaks during tournaments or on non-poker days.
