Stakelis Misses Flush but Still Good
Level 3
: Blinds 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante
The A♣6♠2♣K♠ turn was on the felt and Audrius Stakelis checked from the big blind to Alexander Zubov who over-bet 55,000 into the pot of about 40,000 and Stakelis tank-called.
When the 2♥ landed on the river, Stakelis checked and Zubov gave up as he tapped the table as well. Stakelis rolled 8♣6♣, making sixes and deuces as his flush draw bricked out and Zubov mucked his hand.
