Jeff Cormier and Fedor Holz were heads-up in a pot with the board reading J♠8♠7♣A♥ and around 250,000 in the middle. Holz led out with a bet of 135,000 from the small blind and Cormier called.
The river was the 10♠ and Holz slid out a stack of chips, enough to put Cormier to the test for his remaining stack of 880,000. Cormier gave it some thought but decided to fold without using a time bank.
