Binder Back in Front
Level 38
: Blinds 5,000,000/10,000,000, 10,000,000 ante
Jean-Noel Thorel opened to 30,000,000 with 9♣8♥ on the button, and Bernhard Binder looked down at 7♣3♣ before making the call in the big blind.
Binder checked the 10♥4♣7♦ flop, and Thorel continued for 40,000,000. Binder slid in a call, checking again on the K♣ turn. Thorel fired 65,000,000 into the middle, and Binder took some time before making the call.
Both players checked down the A♥ river, with Binder's pair of sevens earning the pot to regain the lead as his rail cheered from in front of the stage.
