Moncek Runs Into It

Shortly after, Hugo Machado made it 16,000 from the hijack. Cary Katz called from the small blind before Moncek jammed for 182,000. Machado folded and then Katz committed his stack of 149,000. Moncek was behind once again, holding K♣9♥ while Katz had A♠2♠. Moncek paired up on the 9♠8♥7♣3♦8♠ board to down Katz.
Moncek and Arends tangled once again when Moncek jammed for 355,000 from the small blind. Arends watsed little time in calling from the big blind.
