Padilha Rivers Top Pair
Level 27
: Blinds 200,000/400,000, 400,000 ante
Manuel Fritz 10♣3♣ limped in from the small blind. Pedro Padilha 9♥8♠ checked in the big blind.
Both players missed the 7♣5♥2♣ flop but had enough to stay interested thanks to their draws. Fritz, with a flush draw, led out for 600,000. Padilha, who had a gutshot, called.
The 3♥ turn gave Fritz a pair. He check-called a bet of 1,200,000. Padilha made top pair on the 9♠ river and took the pot after it checked through to showdown.
