From the cutoff Maikel Muis made it 52,000 and his neighbor Fernando Garcia called from the button. Joep van den Bijgaart called from the big blind and the three of them saw a flop of

At first he ruled that Garcia got his bet back because he thought that Muis had changed the action by announcing the all in before he had committed to his check, but eventually he ruled that Muis' "Ok" was ruled a check, and he didn't change the action by shoving all in after.
