A heavyweight tussle between two former WPT champions now as Tommy Vedes check-called a bet of 1,625 on the turn of a 
board before opting to check-call a further 4,225 on the 
river against Marvin Rettenmaier.
The German's reputation as an "at it" merchant is not without some merit, but this time it was not true, Rettenmaier turning over :Ad:Qd for the nut straight.
