No More iPods

Now that we have reached the money, players are no longer permitted to wear headphones or listen to their iPods at the table per WSOP rules. Bose headphone aficionado Chad Brown was none too happy about this rule, and complained about it to the Tournament Director.

"It's not a televised tournament. The rule doesn't make sense at the Circuit Events," Brown said.

Brock "tsoprano" Parker Whacked

Brock Parker raised to 6500 from the button and David Pham moved all in from the big blind, having him well covered. Parker showed the {J-Hearts}{J-Diamonds} while Pham tabled the {A-Spades}{4-Clubs}. The flop was {A-Hearts}{10-Hearts}{5-Diamonds}, the turn was the {Q-Hearts} and the river was the {7-Diamonds}, eliminating Parker on the bubble.

With Parker's elimination, all remaining players are in the money!

Boulos Estafanous Doubles Through The Dragon

Brock "tsoprano" Parker opened up for a 5K raise. David "The Dragon" Pham re-raised to 25K. Boulos Estafanous went into the tank for five minutes. He moved all in for 40K with {Q-Hearts}{Q-Clubs}. Parker folded and The Dragon called. He flipped over {A-Spades}{K-Spades}. The flop was {J-Spades}{3-Diamonds}{2-Hearts}. The turn was {Q-Diamonds} and The Dragon only had outs for a Broadway straight. The river was {A-Hearts} and Boulos Estafanous doubled up as The Dragon took a hit.
